After almost ten years in the making, Kim's clothing line, Purple Reign(?) 24-7 Star(?), finally makes its debut. The Queen Bee premiered her line at the Charlotte fashion week, on September 24th. For some reason, there's no info on the fashion show on the web other than these photos.
edit: According to charlottehappening.com, the fashion line is another joint venture with her cousin Katrise.

(source kiddunot.com) On Saturday, Sept. 25th, Charlotte gathered in the Queen city to celebrate the grand opening of the new Salon Se Swa By Queen Bee, owed by rapper Lil’ Kim and her cousin Katrise Jones. The grand opening festivities began with a champagne toast and ribbon-cutting ceremony by Katrise Jones and the Queen Bee herself. (source: rap-up.com) 50 Cent got a little help from his friends last night while recording his upcoming album, tweeting up a storm from the studio. During the late-night session, Fiddy posted pictures of him and Lil’ Kim, Akon, Swizz Beatz, Busta Rhymes, Lloyd Banks, and Ryan Leslie, all of whom stopped by to put in work.
“[M]an its 4:30 in the morning I’m still working on my album it has to be the best I just gotta get back on my shit,” tweeted the self-proclaimed “Twitter addict.”
Fiddy previously explained that the album, which features production from newer beatsmiths, is heading in a more soulful direction, with classic R&B playing a heavy influence in the overall aesthetic.
“It’s still got a soulful vibe to it and that’s why I called it Black Magic,” he told Rap-Up.com. “I had some Marvin Gaye-inspired stuff, some things that content-wise would feel like something Curtis Mayfield would do from my perspective, and just the choices of how the cadences on the records were like performance music that they did in the past. It feels brand new.”
No release date has been set for the rapper’s fifth studio album, the follow-up to last year’s Before I Self-Destruct.
